Summer Drink… Adult’s Only

A refreshing, tasty, cool summertime drink….in fact, I’m sipping on one right now indoors at 2:30 pm. Hey, don’t judge, it’s 101 degrees outside! It’s Beerita time! *edited to add that my in-home daycare does not operate during the summer, so just in case anyone was concerned, no, I don’t drink and daycare at the same time* Cheers!
Beerita
1 can frozen limeade concentrate
2 cold bottles of beer (we used Bud Light Lime)
2 1/2 (full) shots of white tequila
Juice from 1 whole lime
1 1/2 cup (more or less) 7 Up or soda water (we used diet 7-up and filled the can from the frozen limeade)
Mix together until completely dissolved…. pour over crushed ice into your favorite margarita glass… enjoy!

Um, Stella is my VERY favorite beer!!! In fact, my husband gets me a 6 pack every year on our anniversary with a big red bow on it (yep, we are fancy like that). I don’t really love bud light, but the bud light with lime in this drink works great. We should have a Stella together in September!!!

Interesting combo! Would have never thought of mixing suds with a margarita.
