Oatmeal Cake
This post was written on January 13th, 2011This is a lovely cake. It’s perfect for winter, and great with a cup of cold milk for either dessert or breakfast. I prefer to have it as breakfast. I’ve had the recipe for a long time… and I don’t have listed where it came from, so I did a quick search and found one VERY similar from Southern Living. So I’m giving them credit for this recipe, assuming I wrote it down from the cookbooks I check out at the library.
Sugar Daddy and Teen are not fans of coconut or nuts and they both enjoy this cake. I hope you enjoy it as well!
