Making My Happiness

This post was written on November 1st, 2010

If you are ever having a rough day, make a happy list. Do it in a way that inspires you and helps uplift your mood. What brings us happiness can be anything; a thought, dream,  memory, object,  person, etc..

We bring our own happiness. If you are wait for someone else to create it for you, then you’ll miss out on life.

This made me laugh… at first I was like “oh great, another freak finding me through a “Sugar Mama” search”. Good to see that’s not the case! ;o)

Ha, nice list. I would freak out of so many things :) Short lists make me happy. And chocolate.

Ahhhhh summer, how I miss thee. But I get to look forward to piping hot coffee with a dash of Bailey’s to help keep me happy!

You are totally right though. Making lists of the things that make you happy really does help and it also makes you feel grateful!

    PS. Loving the new layout!
