Week 5 – February 1st – My Story in Photos: “Places I Love”

Sugar Daddy and I didn’t have a honeymoon. He was an airman in the Air Force and couldn’t take the time off… let alone that we had no money. Oh, and there was also the small issue of a child. Teen was a 1 year old at the time, and taking a child with us on a honeymoon just didn’t seem too romantic. So, we told ourselves that some day we would go somewhere- just the two of us.
10 years later we did just that. We spent one week in the San Francisco area, going up to Napa Valley and over to Sausalito. The above pictures are of Sausalito and everything about it felt romantic to me. From the boat ride over to all over the picturesque little shops…. it just all made me feel good inside. Sugar Daddy and I had a great time eating at a water front restaurant with fresh crab cakes and amazing drinks!
I want to go back. Right now. But I waited 10 years before, I’m sure I can do it again.

Great shots…I’ve been to San Fransisco, years ago when I was a kid, but still remember how great it was!

Love your story and the photos! We were in a similair situation but have yet to do our romantic getaway! We have traveled some but always take the kids with us. What is wrong with us?! LOL!
